Hamel Baseball

Registration for the 2012 Season for NEW Hamel Baseball Players opened January 9.  Open registration is for those players living within the city of Medina or within ISD 284's boundaries or returning players. 

All players age 9 and above need to go thru evaluations before being placed on a team.  Age 9-12 evaluations will be tenatively held on March 18.

BOUNDARY REQUIREMENTS:

• Little League defines Hamel's "home" boundary as anyone residing within ISD 284's (Wayzata Public Schools) boundary or anyone residing in the city of Medina. 
• Please note:  Players not living within Hamel's Little League boundary may not be eligible for all-star competition.

At this time, all levels for ages 6-12 are full. Waiting lists are being formed at those levels and players will be contacted if there is room.  Priority will be given to those who live inside our boundary (see below) and/or returning players.

Regarding Juniors/Seniors (Ages 13-16):  There are limited spaces available.  Please sign up for the WAIT LIST and await further instructions.  We would like to make sure we have enough kids signed up to field another team.

Please note that Hamel Baseball's primary source of communication is through email and the website. 

By registering your player, you agree to be added to our email distrubution list for league information, updates, events, volunteer opportunities and general Hamel Baseball campaigns.

Your email information will never be sold or distributed outside of Hamel Baseball.

The Hamel Athletic Club offers numerous opportunities to volunteer during the baseball season.  Please visit the VOLUNTEER section of this web site for a complete list of opportunities.  Event and Field Maintenance shifts are available for those who wish to volunteer.  Shifts are 5 hours or less and are spread out throughout the baseball season.
