Hamel Baseball is partnering with Jim Benson and Acceleration Northwest to offer winter baseball clinics for Hamel players. Jim Benson will run the pitching clinics and Acceleration Northwest will handle the hitting and fielding clinics. Clinic registration is offered at the same time as registration for the 2012 season.
Jim Benson has coached baseball for more than 30 years. He has coached at virtually every age and skill level from Little League to High School and College-aged players. For the past 20 years, Jim has worked extensively on developing young players with particular attention to teaching the proper throwing motion and basic fundamentals necessary for young pitchers to throw accurately and to learn how to pitch.
