Providence Dome Policies

Be respectful!  We are guests in the Providence Dome and want to help keep the dome in good condition as well as maintain a good relationship with Providence and other groups using the Dome.  Please follow the rules and be respectful at all times.

  • Entrance: Enter the dome on the east side only at the main entrance.  This is to keep cleats off the track as much as possible.
  • Parking: If the North lot fills up, it is imperative that no one park along the service road, in front of any door or loading dock, blocking any buses or in any fire lane.  Police will ticket cars in these areas.
  • No Gum!!! This includes coaches, parents and fans as well!
  • No Food of any kind!!!
  • Only water is allowed.  No sports drinks, etc. for the players and no coffee or pop for the fans.
  • Batting Cage  Batting helmets must be worn while in the cage
  • No Pets! (seems obvious!)
  • Keep your children safe!  Please prevent children from climbing on things not made for climbing, going behind netting and other objects which could fall on them, crawling around electrical outlets, etc.

Respect the facility. Providence Academy and/or a Hamel Baseball representative reserves the right to remove any person from the facility that is in violation of dome rules.
